VoxType Desktop uses expensive AI infrastructure to transcribe and summarize your dictations. This policy ensures everyone gets fast, reliable service without a few users degrading the experience for others.

For Pro+ subscribers, "unlimited" means you'll never hit a wall during normal business use:

• Recording 5-10 dictations per day? No problem.
• Uploading backlog of 50 past recordings? Go ahead.
• Running a consulting business with client calls? That's fine.

In practice: A heavy user processing 20+ hours of dictations per week would still be within normal use.

We only take action against genuine abuse:

• Automated bulk processing: Using scripts to upload thousands of files
• Reselling: Offering VoxType Desktop as a transcription service to others
• Account sharing: Running a company of 50 people on one account
• Intentional overload: Attempting to stress our systems

We're reasonable: If you're a human using VoxType Desktop for legitimate dictations, you're fine.

• Short dictations (under 30 min): 2-5 minutes
• Standard dictations (30-60 min): 5-15 minutes
• Long dictations (1-2 hours): 15-30 minutes

Processing happens in a queue. During peak times, you may experience slightly longer waits.
