VoxType Desktop is an AI voice-dictation app for Windows. By installing or using it, you agree to these terms. We've kept them clear and fair — no lawyer speak.

• Dictate by voice into any Windows app and get AI-polished text
• Use AI enhancement modes (grammar, tone, formatting, and more)
• Build a personal dictionary and let VoxType learn your style
• Process everything on-device for full offline privacy (Pro)
• Use VoxType Desktop for personal and business work
• Sync your corrections and preferences across your VoxType apps (Pro)

• Using VoxType to create unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Dictating content you don't have the right to create or distribute
• Sharing your account credentials with others
• Attempting to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
• Using automated scripts or bots to bulk-process text through the service

Anything you dictate is yours. VoxType processes your voice and text only to produce the result you asked for, then discards it (see our Privacy Policy). We claim no ownership of your content and never use it to train AI models.

VoxType Desktop is provided "as is." Speech recognition and AI enhancement are highly accurate but not perfect, so please review important text before relying on it. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid for the service.
